WIRELESS SALES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (WSMS) BECOMES THE OFFICIAL POINT OF SALE SOLUTION FOR ADVANTAGE WIRELESS

Designation is Part of Joint Marketing and Sales Agreement

April 15, 2003 – Denver, CO and Englewood, CO Advantage Wireless, Inc. and Wireless Sales Management Systems announced the that they have signed a Joint Marketing and Sales Agreement to promote the use of the Wireless Sales Management Point Of Sale System by Advantage’s more than 1200 licensees and sub-dealers currently operating in 32 markets across the country.

The Wireless Sales Management System is a Point Of Sale and retail business management service provided to wireless retailers. Several Advantage dealers have been using the system since the first of the year and the service is now immediately available to all Advantage affiliates.

“Our retail partners sell in a very complex environment with different carrier plans, hardware options, dealer incentives and rebates,” observed Victor Mitchell, CEO of Advantage Wireless. “The difference between profit and loss in wireless retail depends specifically on combining that complex set of options correctly, every time, at the Point Of Sale, and then organizing and reconciling sales records accurately back to suppliers. Advantage Wireless boasted sales of $55 million in 2002. Advantage forecasts revenues in 2003 to exceed $75 million.
